Companies that still do business in Russia

Stryker - Companies that still do business in Russia
Explore video interviews

Since Russia has invaded Ukraine, PissedConsumer.com cant stay aside. With this review, we present our teams opinion only - nothing more than that.

We as an organization always defend the freedom of speech by providing a platform for consumers to voice their opinions and to talk about any problems they may have with various businesses.

Today, we want to give voice to the tragedy of the people of Ukraine and let the world know the truth.

A lot of major companies suspended their business in russia not to support the war.

However, there are still large international corporations that continue operating and paying taxes in russia.

Taxes that are used to finance the army of the aggressor. With this video, we want to show the consequences of such a decision for civilians in Ukraine and ask these companies to stop doing business in russia.

There are alot of homebound patients that have hospital beds. You only sale replacement parts to hospitals and that stinks. Some people have to buy these beds straight out and need replacement parts, therefore they just have to do without and can't afford another one. The owner and company needs to rethink things where this is concerned. Not everyone has insurance and can afford a new bed!!!!

My total r knee replacement 2.5 years ago still has tremendous pain.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The doctors are telling me it is scar tissue build up and needs to be removed or some other procedure. Only after more physical therapy to try and help my knee. They are following the insurances guidelines for sure. I have always had these horrible pains from the get go. Before any scar tissue had a chance to build up. We will see what happened in therapy again, Not very hopeful

The head of the stretcher is not going up or down

The mechanism on the headboard is not engaging. It has worn off, this is a surgery center and we are using the stretchers all the time and we are relying on the stretcher every day.

No response from customer support regarding warranty service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Purchased a support surface (mattress) for a hospital bed. It came with a 5-year warranty. Four years in, the surface is beginning to fail. An email yielded no response though it included a receipt and multiple pictures of the failure. A follow-up phone call with Lindsay who stated an email from the caseworker would be made by the following day. No further communication has yet to be received. I like the product but the price of it makes for poor value when a warranty claim is completely ignored.

Don't get Knee replacement

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I got Stryker traithalon knee replacement and it started to go bad after about 1-1/2 years and 3 years later it's really awful. Burning, pain, instability, and causing a limp because it is so stiff. 6 months ago I could walk 6 Miles, now it causes great pain to walk to the kitchen. I have date for revision surgery but being on SSI can't afford deductible.

Knee replacement

Updated by user Apr 02, 2019

I never heard back from Stryker so I have contacted a attorney to pursue my situation.

Updated by user Mar 04, 2019

This is not what I consider enjoying my golden years. This has been the worst 2 years of my retirement life gone to waist!

Original review Mar 03, 2019
I had a total knee replacement done February 2017 with a Stryker Triathlon appliance. Went through 20 sessions of physical therapy which is twice the amount of sessions aloud by my insurance.

Had a knee manipulation 4 weeks after the surgery due to lack of motion, with no success. Being in pain and the lack of motion I consulted with a different orthopedic surgeon about my situation. After numerous X-rays and CT scans he came to the conclusion that the appliance was causing my lack of motion. Went into surgery in September 2018 for revision surgery to replace the Stryker appliance.

The surgeon indicted that it was do to the appliance that my leg extension would never be where it needed to be.

The extension of the knee should be at least 3 degrees. Prior to the revision surgery the best extension was 12 degree.

I'm going through the same thing as above. Stryker Triathlon was used for my right knee on Aug 1st, 2017.

Went through grueling PT, and had a MUA , Manipulation Under Anesthesia in Oct of same year.

My knee is bent, won't straighten out to walk, and I'm in constant pain and stiffness. Something needs to be done, as 3 law firms I contacted, say they don't litigate Stryker implants.
